My Birthday

birthdays for me always end up so bad...i dunno if i look forward to it so much that its such a let down or if things happen on my brithday to make it not seem like a birthday or if people in my family dont do anything for me..lots of stuff goes through my mind..i rarely ever have a GREAT birthday!
Last year on my birthday i found out that i am going to miscarry and of course it had to happen on my birthday...so now i always remember that day when the doctor called me and i cried on mollys shoulder for an hour or so...ill never forget it and it HAD to happen on my brithday! this year i was really struggling b/c i did not want to do ANYTHING for my birthday..i didnt talk about my birthday and when people asked me what i wanted to do..MOLLY! JESS! i siad NOTHING! i dont wanna do anything..i dont want to celebrate it at all! I felt i just had to deal with my misscarriage AGAIN..and i didnt wanna celebrate when i was feeling all sad..

BUT BUT BUT! my birthday turned out to be really great! At school one of my kids got me flower and cupcakes..my co workers sang to me..Debbie for i work with got DD and fruit salad and an awesome gift! Beth got me Starbucks..i mean who would have thought. i sure didnt..i thought i would squeeze by and no one would say anything b/c thats what i really wanted! But i felt so special....
I then went to my parents house and watched some yankees with them..they got me a trip to disney with my husband and two friends and there daughter! it was awesome!!!! im so excited!
then got home and jess had tons of surrpises for me and then lunch at the cheesecake factory! it was amazing!
then Molly had planned dinner for me and at her place and then we were suppose to watch glee..(but with eli working so late it didnt work out =( but we are gunna try again real soon)
so then at 10pm we all(eli,gabe,jess,and sarah) went out to canterbury ales in huntington village and it was YUMMY!!! when we got home Larry was there and had a cake for me! it was so sweet of them to do all this stuff!
then GLEE!! it was a great show...

thanks everyone for making my birthday so great! when i thought it was gunna SUCK! LOVE TO YOU ALL!!

HE is RISEN!

He has RISEN indeed!
Easter is here..I cant believe its April..the months just keep fling by! This Easter, my parents are coming over for lunch/dinner..and i am cooking..i have been doing it the last couple of years and i really enjoy having people over...im making a ham, aspargus,salad,and my mom is bringing the rest hehe..thank goodness for moms right!
Holidays like this make me think of my family who live in other states...i would love to see my nephew searching for eggs or my nieces dressed in there sundays best! i love seeing kids on this holiday..although i know that this is not what its all about..but u know me and tradations...i remember staying in my brothers room the night before easter b/c i was so excited for the Bunny to come!he had to calm me down!!! so funny to think about now..but it was such great family times..and i long to do that with my kids someday..

I went to this movie at elwood theaters @9pm...didnt start till almost 930. i was dissappointed about that b/c it was late anyway..but when the movie started i totally forgot the time and enjoyed this rollercoaster of events this movie offered..

Milo Boyd, a down-on-his-luck bounty hunter, gets his dream job when he is assigned to track down his bail-jumping ex-wife, reporter Nicole Hurly. He thinks all that's ahead is an easy payday, but when Nicole gives him the slip so she can chase a lead on a murder cover-up, Milo realizes that nothing ever goes simply with him and Nicole. The exes continually one-up each other -- until they find themselves on the run for their lives. They thought their promise to love, honor and obey was tough -- staying alive is going to be a whole lot tougher.


From the previews of this movie i thought it was one of the movies that would show all the funny parts on the previews but they had some good parts that i was happily surprised about....
i would recommend this movie..

Movies are a big part of my life! There is nothing better for me then to sit down and watch a romantic comedy! yes, thoughs are my favs..but i do love a good drama or suspence on occasion=)
Recently i had a whole bunch of women over for a CHICK FLICK night! My main goal was to get women from our church together and not only have fun but to get to know each other more and more=) This has been a dream of Karen mannale.,Carol carlson and i's for a long time and it finally came together last weekend! Everyone had such a great time.... we are having another one at nancy lupos house in may! we did trivia questions and had prizes..it was such a fun time i will never forget it! Oh, im sure you want to know the movies we watched..well the first was my favorite..the proposal with sandra bullock and Ryan reynolds..they were great together and it was just a funny fun movie! i would recommend it to anyone! we also watch another movie with sandra bullock ...any guesses...yup, youre right the Blind side..no its not really a chick flick...but there is a chick who won an award for the best actress...thats right u go sandra!
